Sohail Khan is the brain and vision behind Team Medialogue. A master of hidden threads in storytelling, his experience as a social activist, journalist, radio presenter and Content specialist, brings authentic storytelling with social impact to the table. With 15 years of
working experience and still going strong, he has won several international documentary awards, including the Best Documentary Award at the International Film and Entertainment Festival Australia in 2016 and the Best Documentary Award at LUMS International Film
Festival 2017.
His extensive work includes designing and developing social media campaigns and creating more than 70 documentaries for USAID on themes of flood-based initiatives and interfaith harmony. Sohail has significant experience working with international and national TV channels, producing documentary reports for Voice of America Urdu News Service and serving as the Associate Director for a popular travelogue TV show called ‘Dil Say Pakistan,’ which airs every Saturday at 7 pm on Pakistan Television HOME. Other notable clients include the US Embassy, UNDP, World Bank, and the Economic Affairs Division of Pakistan. Currently, he is in the post-production phase of a feature-length documentary on coal miners in Pakistan.
